Support groups are open to individuals in any state who would like to connect and engage within a small community, gain knowledge and skills, and increase their ability to cope with various challenges. Support group memberships are maintained through a monthly subscription.

Our Services

  • Telehealth Counseling

    Mental health counseling is conducted via telehealth (live video), and includes an individual assessment, goals, and treatment planning. Individuals can use insurance* or private pay. Currently available to NC, SC, FL, MO, and TX residents only.

  • Psychoeducational

    FMC webinars are free presentations discussing evidenced-based practices, mental health diagnoses, coping skills, and more. These sessions are delivered via the internet, login details are shared after online registration.

  • Success groups

    FMC success groups allow individuals to connect with a community on a weekly basis in support of learning and developing skills in a particular area.

  • Live Seminars & Presentations

    FMC also conducts live and video presentations for organizational training on a variety of topics.

FMC success groups allow individuals to connect with a community on a bi-weekly basis in support of learning and developing skills in a particular area. Whether you are looking to improve your leadership abilities, achieve a goal, or enhance a specific skill set, joining an FMC success group can provide valuable resources and connections. These groups are typically made up of 6-10 individuals who share similar goals and interests. They come together in a safe and collaborative environment where they can openly discuss challenges, share experiences, and learn from one another.
